Padi Rescue Diver

The Padi Rescue diver course, is designed to be both fun and very rewarding.

The course will greatly expand your knowledge and experience level. It will build confidence and students will learn a greater awareness for both their own and other divers safety.

What do I need to Start?

To enrol in the Rescue diver course candidates will need Padi’s

Advanced Open Water certification.

The minimum age for enrolment is 15 (12 for Jnr Rescue diver.)

Candidates, must have completed an EFR course successfully in the last 24 months.

What will I do?

Self rescue and stress control.

Emergency oxygen delivery systems.

First aid for divers.

Swimming and non swimming rescue skills.

Panicked diver scenarios.

Dealing with rescue problems underwater.

Search techniques for missing divers.

Surfacing an unconscious diver.

In water rescue breathing techniques.

Water exiting techniques for casualties.

Dealing with and treatment of pressure related injuries.

Confined and Open water rescue scenarios.
