Padi Course Director
A Padi Course Director has reached the very top of Padi’s educational system.
Course Directors represent less than one percent of Padi members worldwide.
There are two Course Director training courses held annually and hopeful candidates must submit an application for acceptance onto the course.
There is no higher or more prestigious certification in the dive industry.
Course Directors are the only people qualified to conduct the Instructor Development Course (IDC), needed to become an Open Water Scuba Instructor.
