Academy Divers opens new Padi 5 star IDC dive centre in Batley.
We are delighted to announce the opening of our new PADI 5 Star IDC Centre in Batley, West Yorkshire. Convienently situated between the M1, M62 and M621. Headed up by our our PADI Course Director, Chris Reed, we are now able to offer all PADI recreational courses from Beginner to Instructor. Further to this we can offer all the DSAT TECREC programmes from TEC 40 through to TRIMIX 65.
We start this new chapter in Academy Divers with a trip to the Farnes on October 22nd/23rd with a further UK Trip to Angelsey in November. This will be a feature of the new Academy Divers with regular UK trips and at least four away trips each year. The first of which is a Liveaboard scheduled for January 27th - Feb 3rd aboard the beautiful Blue Fin out of Hurghada. Contact the dive centre for more details.
Academy Divers was established in March 2000. In the eleven years since then we have developed and built an highly trained team of Padi Instructors and professionals. Our team are passionate about their diving and are always happy to pass on their knowledge and experience to students.
As you would expect with all those years of experience. Academy Divers has grown and evolved into a position where it is highly regarded has Yorkshires Premier dive school. We promote and follow the globally recognised, PADI system of diver education.
Today we teach students from all over Yorkshire, including people from the Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield and Barnsley areas.
Academy Divers delivers a high standard of learning, following safe diving practices. Our students learn at their own pace, not ours and we always encourage a fun environment in which to learn.
